How to edit your ViiBE account notification settings
Under your ViiBE account notification settings, you have the ability to modify the ways that you want to be notified of an incoming ViiBE call. Modifying your notification settings will help to ensure that you never miss a call, so you can provide excellent remote assistance.
To access your ViiBE notification settings, find the circle icon with your initials in it on the upper right-hand corner of your homepage. Click on this icon to see the drop-down menu.
Then, on the drop-down menu, select “settings” to be brought to your settings interface. The first page you will land on details all of your personal information including your current notification settings.
To modify your notification settings, click on the notifications tab on the left side of the settings page.
On the right side of the notifications page, you can check the boxes to select the types of notifications that you want to receive when you are online or offline. When you are done updating your notification settings, click “Save” at the bottom right of the page.
