How to change your ViiBE account password
Under your ViiBE account settings you have the ability to modify your password. Changing your password will help to ensure that you never miss a call, so you can quickly and easily provide exceptional customer support or remote technical support.
To access your ViiBE password settings, find the circle icon with your initials in it on the upper right-hand corner of your homepage. Click on this icon to see the drop down menu.
Once on the drop down menu, select “settings” to go to your settings interface. The first page you will land on details all of your personal information.
To modify your password settings, click on the “password” tab on the left side of the settings page.
On the right side of the password page, you can change your password by entering your current password along with your desired new password. When you are done updating your password settings, click “Modify” at the bottom right of the page.
